Artist’s Statement: “ I often head to the woods for a bit of grounding. No Matter how still I am in the moment I soak up the sounds of the wind and birds, the colours of the leaves and flowers, the feel of the dew-covered branches. The thoughts of my to-do-lists and problem solving interrupt my experience of these beautiful landscapes. I thought I would play on that by placing binary cod, hidden within each images, that becomes words, images or programs behind nearly everything we do. These hidden messages are the “stars we can no longer see.”
